2021 is just here and we hope this year will bring better things for all of us. For our part, we have made some modifications to our policies in order to adapt to the global situation. Let’s recap these changes, they are simple but very powerful tools for our customers.
Cancellations
As we all know, governments around the world are doing the best they can to control the pandemic, this includes sudden lockdowns and curfews to content the quantity of infected so health systems do not collapse. This could interfere with your trip plans. So we updated our cancellation policy and from now on you can cancel any day before the first day of your reservation and you will get the 100% of the deposit money back into your account.
Cryptocurrencies
In a digital world is not a surprise that “digital money” exists. That is why we are accepting cryptocurrencies(Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc) as a payment method for the deposit and the full payment of your reservation. Just fill out the reservation form and contact us for further instructions indicating you want to pay the deposit with the cryptocurrency of your preference.
Deposit amount
We have reduced the deposit amount, needed to confirm your Campervan reservation, from 30% to 20% of the total amount of said reservation.
